Through Resolution SBP-0056-2019 of 10 April 2019, the Superintendency of Banks of Panama has authorized ANDBANK (PANAMÁ), S.A. to initiate the process of Voluntary Liquidation and cessation of banking operations covered by the International Banking License, in accordance with the Liquidation Plan submitted to that Superintendency.
Once the process of Voluntary Liquidation and revocation of the Banking License has concluded, ANDBANK (PANAMA), S.A. will maintain its legal entity, which will continue to provide its distinguished clientele with its services as a Broker in the Republic of Panama, with full confidence in the Panamanian market under the Broker license granted by Resolution CNV-144-10. The Brokerage services will be extended to national and international clients, with a new corporate name, subject to the corresponding regulatory authorizations.
